上升还是下降?——大萧条时期美国妇女就业人数增长原因分析被引量：1

摘要大萧条期间,在全国失业状况异常严重的情况下,美国妇女的就业人数不但没有下降反而上升。原因在于存在一个歧视性的女性劳动力市场,而这个男性很少介入的劳动力市场在大萧条时扩大了。因此,妇女在就业上相对地位不但没有上升,反而下降。
