本文以邯郸地区运输行业为依托,从管理思想、管理理念、管理方法入手,在广泛研究文献资料,深入市场调研的基础上,分析了运输企业受影响的因素和约束条件,提出了加强管理是运输企业走出困境的关键,并给出增强竞争优势的几种措施。

On the basis of marketing research and studying reference,from management idea and methods,this paper analyzes the factors and restraining terms of affected transportation enterprises.Then,some meth-ods of enhancing enterprises' competitive advantages are put forward.The key to transportation enterprises in trouble is to improve management.This paper provides an important foundation of enterprises' operation and strategic policy.
