In China logistics education system comparatively lags,and logistics theory is not combined with logistics practice closely.Due to the unpractical setup of logistics curriculum,logistics personnel are unsatisfied with knowledge structure.According to logistics personnel's vocational standard,the paper makes sure ability requirement as well as the knowledge structure and teaching curriculum of modern logistics talents.
