高职院校实施素质教育的目标定位与策略选择

高职院校实施素质教育的目标,应培养学生良好的职业道德素质、广博的知识素质、较强的能力素质和健康的身心素质。大力推进素质教育,需要从加强德育、加强学生创新能力培养、构建合理的课程体系、改革教学内容和教学方法、加强师资队伍建设等方面采取对策。

The target of quality education in higher vocational colleges should train studentsi-good professional ethics quality,extensive knowledge quality,stronger ability quality and healthy body and mind quality.To improve quality education,we should take some measures￡-such as reinforcing moral education￡-reinforcing the train of students(?)-innovation ability￡-constructing rational curriculum,re- forming content of courses and teaching methods and strengthening the construction of teacher team.
