家庭执行式脑损伤干预方法的效果评价

Evaluafion of Effects of Family Performing Tpye Brain Injure

目的探讨在家庭中对脑损伤儿综合训练的模式及其效果。方法制定了系列“家庭执行式脑损伤干预方案”,对不同程度、不同类型的脑损伤儿实施相应的训练。病例对照研究,统计分析用SPSS软件。结果“家庭执行式脑损伤干预方案”,作为严重脑损伤的辅助治疗,可提高临床治疗的疗效;对轻度脑损伤,仅有“家庭执行式脑损伤干预方案”一种方法,即可避免脑损伤症状加重或固定化,经统计学检验,效果显著。结论家庭对脑损伤儿的训练,符合小儿神经精神发育的自然规律,是脑损伤综合治疗、长期治疗的重要组成部分,是提高脑损伤治疗效果的重要保障。

OBJECTIVE A comprehensive training pattern and effect for hrain injured children at home is discussed here.METHODS A series of schemas for intervention of brain injureds family performing type are formulated.Different degrees and diffrernt kinds of brain injured children are trained.The method adopted here is case control study.Statistical analysis adopt chi squared test.RESULTS The schemas for intervention of brain injureds family performing type,as an aid treatment of serious brain injured,Which can improve clinic effect.For slightly brain injured children only this method can avoid their symptoms seriousness or stabilization.the remarkable effects are proved by statistical examination,P<0.05.CONCLUSIONS Family proceed training for brain injured children,As an important component of comprehensive and long=term treatment,Is a gurantee for improving the treatments effect for brain injured children,applies to the natural principle of childrens nerve and mind aiaxano.
