文化的多样性是世界文明的基本形态、存在方式和一般规律。中华文明源远流长的奥秘就是不赞成唯我独尊、唯我独美、非此即彼的思维方式,而是主张不同文明之间各美其美,美人之美,美美与共,强调各种文明之间应求同存异,美人之美,与人为善,共致和谐。
Cultural diversity is the basic form,existing model and fundamental principle of world civilization.The mystery of why Chinese civilization is broad and profound with a long history is that it proposes one civilization should appreciate its own beauty, appreciate others'beauty and appreciate mutual beauty,it stresses seeking common ground while keeping differences,appreciating others'beauty,being kind to others,and the creation of harmony,and it disapproves of the mode of thinking of egoism,appreciating one's own beauty and being intolerant of others.
