On Compound Leadership and the Cost of Leaders'Decision

从人类社会发展的角度,领导力历经了原生态领导力、技术性领导力、理性领导力、感性领导力和复合领导力几种形态。所谓复合领导力,即由领导环境所决定的、为取得更好领导绩效的多类型领导力的有机结合。复合领导力具有多维性、广谱性、包容性、创造性与先进性等特征。复合领导力与领导决策成本有着密切的关系,只有增强复合领导力,才能有效降低领导决策成本,取得更好的领导绩效。

From the perspective of the development of human society,leadership experienced such forms as pristine leadership, technical leadership,rational leadership,perceptual leadership and compound leadership.Compound leadership is determined by the leader's environment and is the organic composition of multi-typed leadership for better leadership performance;it is characterized with multi-dimensions,a broad spectrum,great acceptance and creativeness;it is closely linked to the cost of leaders'decision. Hence the only effective way to decrease the cost of leaders'decision and to have a better leadership performance is to increase compound leadership.
