女性领导创业实践比较研究

A Comparative Analysis of Entrepreneurial Survival of Women Leader

本文选取企业女性领导者——女企业家作为研究对象,对比分析了上海高科技企业女企业家和中小私营企业女企业家的生存情况。研究发现,两种企业的女性领导者在创业年龄上存在相似之处,但是高科技企业女企业家的学历要高于男性,且企业的生存率要明显好于男性,而中小私营企业女企业家的学历要低于男性,且创业生存率较差。因此,建议鼓励高学历女性在中年时期投身高科技创业,而对中小私营企业女企业家要加强知识和技能培训。

Through the comparative analysis on the women leaders in private business,two types of entrepreneurial business,high- tech venture and small and medium-sized private business,were studied.Using the survival analysis,the study found that there are some similarities in the entrepreneurial age of women leaders in two types of business.But the education of women leaders in high- tech ventures is higher than men in the same industry,and the survival rate of women entrepreneurial business is significantly higher than men.In the small and medium-sized businesses,however,the education of women leaders is lower than men in the same industry,and as well as the survival rate of women entrepreneurial business.The study suggested that women of higher education start business in middle age,and women leaders in the small and medium-sized businesses strengthen the training of entrepreneurial knowledge and skill.
