摘要 数据挖掘与竞争分析方法,已经成为提高领导能力以提升组织绩效的非常有力的工具。数据挖掘的作用范围不仅仅局限于私人商业企业,全球的政府领导者也一直在使用数据挖掘技术,用以提高公共服务的绩效并应对浪费和腐败。在政府领域应用数据挖掘技术有诸多益处,与此同时,也不可避免地要面对许多障碍。变革型领导能够认识到打造一个数据驱动的组织所面临的挑战、优势与威胁。 Data mining and competitive analytics have Become very powerful tools supporting leader's ability to improve organization performance.The power of data mining is not limited to private business enterprise.Government leaders around the world have been using data mining to improve the efficiency and performance of public services and to fight waste and corruption.While there are many Benefits to using data mining in government,there are many costs and other obstacles that must be faced.A transformational leader is aware of the challenges,Benefits and threats of creating a data driven organization.
