全球化视野下领导人才要素的趋同

摘要 领导活动是人类社会古老、普遍、专门的实践之一,领导人才的专业内涵不应总是非此即彼。在全球化视野下,一个人成为领导人才,主要在于具备知人善任、远见卓识、多谋善断、气量恢弘、人格有魅力等方面的能力、心态与精神,尤其是集中表现为遇到问题时可以做出这些方面本能、自然、正确反应的特殊素质。领导人才要素在全球化视野下的趋同,不是"特性论"的简单回归与东山再起,而是对这一问题的认识和把握更符合实际的表现。 As one of the ancient,general and special practice of human beings,talented leader professional connotation should not be different in different times.In the trans-regional,cross cultural and global circumstance,on the basis of leadership's generality and particularity,one can become a leader,in fact,he must be an expert in judging people's worth and to know how to employ them to the best advantage and also he should be visionary,resourceful,resulute,mercy and attractive.He must have these abilities,mind and consciousness,especially he should have these abilities' apentaneous,natural and right reaction when he meets difficulties.The ele- ment of talented leader congervence in this global circumstance,is not the simple regression and reinstatement of Trait theories of leadership,but the truth is that now we are more realistic to this phenomenon.
