摘要
本文在对实证研究的结果进行系统总结的基础上,提出对党政领导干部个人素质的测量和评估需要结合中国文化的特点,不能简单照搬西方的理论和测量工具。对党政领导干部的个性特点、工作绩效及胜任特征的研究表明,这三个方面的理论模型和测量工具均与西方的相关理论和模型存在显著差异。文中还针对中西方文化的差异提出了"性善-性恶假设",用以解释中西方文化及个人行为的差异,并讨论了心理学研究中国化的重要性和机制。
It was aimed at clarifying the importance of costructing indigenous theory and measurements,instead of using the Western ones,to assess personal constitutions of Chinese party-and-government executives.Empirical researches had revealed significant Chinese-Western differences on models and measurements of personality structure,job performance,and competencies.And Chinese- Western culture were proposed as'virtuous-vicious',and differences of behavior were results of different hypothesis on human nature in these two cultures.The necessities and mechanism of indigenous psychological researches were also discussed.
