摘要
为了适应全球化背景下领导干部教育培训的发展趋势,干部教育培训机构必须从实际出发进行境内外领导干部的国际教育培训。本土化国际教育培训要求我们在立足于不出国门教授国际知识与技能方面进行模式创新,即在发挥区域优势的基础上,树立培训品牌意识、优化配置国际国内两方面教育培训资源、建立国际型教育培训团队、完善国际教育培训机制,使领导干部教育培训更加能够贴近现实需要,实现培训效益的最大化。
On the basis of trend of leadership training in the process of globalization,this paper proposes a strategy of localizing inter- national leadership training,that is,to educate leaders with international knowledge and skills,however,without going abroad.Some essential conditions,methods and approaches concerning the strategy of localizing international leadership training in China are ana- lyzed,for example,to utilize the geographical advantages of the leadership training institutions,to integrate the resources from both at home and broad,and to build up an efficient managerial team and so on.
