摘要 传统电厂的顺控系统只是控制单台设备及其辅助设备的启停或是几个设备之间开关量的控制。随着大型机组的兴建和发电厂集控要求的不断提高,只靠SCS控制的顺控系统已经远远不能满足运行的要求,这就需要引入MCS和FSSS甚至DEH等各个系统交错起来控制整个生产线的启停。文中通过调试过程中的现场情况,介绍了600 MW机组超临界变压运行燃煤直流锅炉风烟系统顺控和除氧气上水系统的顺控设计思路和控制策略,并通过现场投运后的结果,验证了控制策略的可行性。 The conventional sequence system of the power plant is only to control the isolated equipment and the supporting facility or among the digital value of several equipment.Therefore it can not be able to satisfy the request only depended on the SCS with more and more large unit constructing and the centralized control request improving all the time,this needed to introduce MCS and FSSS even DEH and so on various system to control entire production line.By the scene commissioning situation,In this article,it is introduced that the design mentality and the control strategy realization of the air-gas sequence control system and the condenser sequence control system on super-critical variable pressure operation coal-fired once-through boiler 600 MW sets Through the result of scene production,it has been confirmed that the control strategy was being feasibility.
