In Hefei power plant,the test of vacuum tightness of NO.3 unit had not been passed for a long time. The paper details its analysis of cause and treatment,especially for searching some important leakage points, especially such as steam heating box of flames for high and medium pressure out cases and flanges heating facilities for out cases of steam turbine,and it will be consulted by other works who have same type units and same type problems.
