配电网自动化主站系统的建设与实践

文中结合安徽电网配电网自动化系统建设情况,提出了配电网自动化系统建设的意义及主站系统功能定位。结合配电网一次设备现实情况,提出主站系统"点-线-面"、"统筹规划、分布实施、逐步完善"的建设思路。同时对配电网自动化系统的信息进行归纳总结,提出配电网自动化主站系统与调度SCADA系统、配电GIS系统等统一结合,实现信息资源共享。并总结配电网自动化系统建设过程中可能存在的问题,为其它地区的配电网自动化系统建设提供了经验。

In the article unifies Anhui electrical network distribution network automated system construction situation, proposed the distribution network automated system constructs significance and master station system function localization. Unifies a distribution network equipment realistic situation,proposed the master station system'dot-line-surface','the master plan,the distribution implementation,consummate gradually'construction mentality. Meanwhile carries on the induction to the distribution network automated system's information to summarize,proposed that the distribution network automation master station system and the dispatcher SCADA system,unification unions and so on power distribution GIS system,realize information resource sharing. And summarizes the question which in the distribution network automated system construction process possibly exists,may provided the experience for other area's distribution network automated system construction.
