经营者年薪制是以企业一个生产经营周期即以年度为平均确定经营者的报酬,并视其经营成果发放风险收入的工资制度。年薪制作为一种经营者报酬模式已在全国许多城市试点运行,尽管试点改革中还存在一些问题,但它的生机和活力已表明中国企业改革的可选报酬模式。探讨了实行年薪制的特点、原则、构成,并在此基础上提出了如何进行有效管理的问题。
The manager’s yearly salary is a venture pay system determined by a enterprise’s production period and operation effect.As a pay mode, the manager’s yearly salary is carried out in many cities in China. Although there are still some problems,its vitality and energy prove that it is available in Chinese enterprise’s reform.The thesis focuses on the character, principle, composing of the manager’s yearly salary pay system, then how to manage it effectively will be put forward.
