摘要
本文从人的社会化分析入手,借助"人—参与—组织"的过程观点,尝试建立了一个更具解释力的组织理论分析框架,以回答如下三个问题:如何理解组织参与者?如何理解组织中人与人的关联?如何理解组织中人与人关联的决定性力量?其要点是:放弃各种先验的人性假定,从"和/和则"的新定义去理解多样性的组织"合作秩序",最关键地,从"耦合"的重新剖析,即权力来建构一个认识组织管理的新视角。
Starting from human's socialization,this paper intends to create a new organizational analysis framework by the way of dynamic process on human-being involved in-the organization,so as to answer three questions:How to realize organizational participant(OP)? How to realize the relationships of OP(ROOP)? How to realize the determinant of ROOP? This paper states that organization should be free from any transcendent assumption of human nature,should comprehend diversified cooperative orders by the new understanding on He/He Principle,ultimately,organization should construct an alternative angle to interpret organizational management on Power by the new thinking on Coupling.
