摘要
本文认为,尽管各种管理问题的背景和内容不断变化,表现形式多种多样,但组织及其管理的效能与效率问题始终是德鲁克关注的重点。德鲁克采用的是历史与现实的方法,通过深刻的企业哲学笔触将组织及其管理效能与效率问题的真正本质揭示出来。本文认为,德鲁克的效能与效率理论框架并非是传统意义的管理学,而是广义的、更为宏大和更为社会性的管理学。
The author thinks that the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization and its management is always the focus of Peter Drucker,although the background and contents of different management problems keep changing and have diversified presences.By way of historical and realistic analysis methodologies,The author thinks that Drucker reveals the nature of management effectiveness and efficiency in a style of enterprise philosophy.Drucker's framework for effectiveness and efficiency is rather a general management with sociological features than the traditional management theories.
