摘要
本文以250家中国企业为样本,实证研究了高层管理人员的咨询网络中的结构洞对企业竞争优势的影响。研究结果显示,高层管理人员的咨询网络中的结构洞越少,企业应对突发困难的优势越明显,而结构洞越多,企业应对行业政策变动的优势越明显。
Based on a sample of 250 Chinese firms,this study focuses on the relationship between the structural hole of top manager's advisory network and firm's competitive advantages.Analysis results show that the structural hole of top manager's advisory has negative effect on firm's advantage of dealing with unexpected obstacles emerging in the environment,and has positive effect on firm's advantage of adapting quickly to sudden changes of industrial policies.
