A Comparative Analysis of the Scientific Research Capacity of Hospitals Based on Literature Measurement

以竞争对手分析为理论基础,采用文献计量分析方法,对两所三级综合型医院近五年来发表的文章进行分析,比较两所医院科技文献及科研水平现状、特点,并提出存在的问题和差距,为医院科研管理决策服务。

With rival analysis as our theoretical basis and literature measurement as our analyzing method,we,with a view to contributing to decision making in the scientific research management of the hospital,compare the present situations and the features of the scientific research of two third-class hospitals and discover their respective problems and weaknesses by making an analysis of the published academic articles by the employees of these two hospitals in the past five years.
