摘要
通过文献回顾,分析和总结了商业模式的内涵,并着重强调了顾客需求对商业模式创新的重要性。在此基础上,以中山电信为例,探讨了技术创新背景下基于用户需求的号码百事通商业模式的创新及演进。结果表明,号码百事通商业模式能较好的满足前后向用户的需求,并有效的促进了中山电信收入的增加,实现了用户与运营商的双赢。
This paper analyzes and generalizes the connotations of business model based on literature review,in particular,accentuating the importance of customer needs to business model's innovation.Then,it takes Zhongshan Telecom as an example,explores Best Tone' s innovation and evolution on the basis of customer needs. Analysis shows that the Best Tone model can realize a win-win situation,for it can better satisfy both the forward and backward customers' needs and efficiently increase the enterprise's revenues.
