施工项目风险分析中层次分析法应用研究

介绍了层次分析法基本原理,将其引入建设工程项目风险决策过程,通过某建筑公司参与某项目投标的实例进行分析,运用层次分析法对项目风险进行具体分析和测算,据此进行了风险决策。实证结论是层次分析法能够综合评判工程项目施工总风险,具有较高的使用价值,特别是在工程项目投标中,可以作为工程项目施工风险管理的辅助工具。

This article introduced the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process,used this method in risk decision-making process of construction project,carried on the concrete analysis and the reckoning using the analytic hierarchy process to the project risk through the example that some general contractor participated in some project bid,according to the above has carried on the venture decision.The actual analysis conclusion is,the analytic hierarchy process can comprehensively judge the total construction risk of engineering project,has the high use value,especially in the engineering project bid,may take the engineering project construction risk management the auxiliary means.
