摘要 神华集团经过十多年快速崛起,煤、电、运、港一体化发展模式受到广泛关注。本文应用产业组织理论,探讨了神华集团的动态效率边界与内部产业共生网络:分析神华集团的"一体化"模式内在的经济合理性,初步估计神华集团的生产函数,指出神华集团发展模式的报酬递增性。研究表明,神华集团的崛起并不能简单归咎于行政垄断,这种"一体化"模式可以为其他大型能源企业的发展提供借鉴。 Development Model of Shenhua Group tasked with the planning,exploring and running of the coal resources integrated with the affiliated railway assets,power plants,port facilities,shipping fleet,and coal liquefaction projects,deserves abroad attention and controversy with its speedy growth in the past decade.The authors analyze the dynamic efficiency boundary and inner industrial symbiotic network of Shenhua Group through Neo-Industrial Organization(NIO)approach and argue that the integration model has the inherent economic rationality.Estimating Shenhua Group's production function reveals its growth with increasing returns to scale.The conclusion is that Shenhua Group's success can't be attributed to the administrative monopoly in a sense,and the model can even be replicated by other counterpart corporations.
