摘要
高考是大规模、高风险考试,保证高考命题的科学性有利于保障教育公平、维护社会稳定。制定科学的高考英语考试大纲或考试说明是科学命题、审题、施测、分数报告与解释等环节的关键环节。本文对我国目前尚待进一步完善的高考英语考试大纲(说明)进行分析,提出建议和思考方向,供国家教育部和分省命题省份的考试文件制定者参考。论文针对英语科研究考试大纲,对其他学科考试大纲的制定也有参考意义。
To be scientific in assigning items in the large-scale and high-stakes college entrance examination is beneficial to promote educational equity and social stability. To formulate a scientific program or specification of national matriculation English test is critical to assigning items scientifically, checking, examing, reporting and interpreting the scores. This article analyzes the problems in present program and specification of English in China and proposes suggestions, for reference to the policy-makers in Ministry of Educationon and provinces assigning items themselves. In addition, researches into the program of English is helpful to work out the program of other disciplines.
