现阶段以提供公共服务为导向的政府职能转变,带动了社会各个事业单位和政府机构服务体系的变革,建立基于公共服务理念的自学考试服务体系关系到自学考试事业的发展。论文从创新自学考试服务体系的必要性、新形势下如何认识基于公共服务理念的自学考试服务体系以及创新服务体系的有效途径几个方面入手展开阐述,以期促进自学考试制度的不断发展完善。

At present, the fact that government function is to provide public services promotes the service system of institutions and government agencies to reform correspondingly. And establishing the service system based on public service concept is of great importance to the development of the self-taught higher education examinations.The article analyses the necessity and the effective means of how to establish the service system of the self-taught higher education examinations,and puts forward some proposals and countermeasures so as to make it perfect.
