美国教师教育大学化及其质量保证

The Universitization of Teacher Education and Its’Quality Assurance in America

摘要 美国不断强调优质教师的重要性,1200多所综合大学担负着美国中小学教师教育的使命。目前大学本位的教师教育还不能适应当前标准本位的基础教育现实。因而,美国大学的教育学院提出了5个方面的改革建议,包括:大学建构教师专业发展学校;教师教育课程聚焦于学生成就;5年制教师教育项目制度化;建立有效的教师教育质量监控机制;积极推进优质教师教育课程建设。 America constantly emphasizes the important role of good teachers. In America, more than 1,200 universities take up the mission of teacher education in secondary and primary schools.However, at present,teacher education of university standard cannot meet the needs of elementary education. Thus, educational schools at universities put forward 5 pieces of advice for the reform as follows: 1)establish schools for the development of teachers’profession;2) focus on students’ achievement as the primary measure of the success of teacher education curricula; 3) make five-year teacher education programs normal;4) establish effective mechanism for the quality control of teacher education;5) strengthen the excellent teacher education curricula positively.
