民国时期福建私塾改良述论

On the Reform of Fujian Private Schools during the Republic of China

20世纪初叶,福建省顺应形势要求实施私塾改良,出台了一系列章程和法规,从教学方法、教学内容、教学环境、教师素质等方面对私塾改良提出了详细而又严格的规定,致使私塾改良有章可依。这个时期福建私塾改良取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题。

At the beginning of 20th century, in order to meet the situation demands, Fujian reformed its private schools and layed down a series of detailed and strict rules and regulations concerning teaching methods, content, teaching environment and teachers'quality.According to these rules , the reform of private schools went smoothly. At that time, the reform achieved certain success.However, there were still some problems.
