关于高校教师试题编制管理规范化的几点思考

试题编制是考试系统的重要环节,试题编制的质量直接关系到考试的成败,关系到能否正确评定学生的知识水平和能力。从目前我国高校试题编制的情况来看,主要是以教师自编试题为主。自编试题虽有诸多优势,但却存在着较强的主观随意性,难以对学生的学业成绩做出客观、公正的评价,大大降低了试题编制的科学性。为了提高教师试题编制的科学性与合理性,高校应加强试题编制管理的规范化,管理规范化的主要内容包括加强命题管理、建设网络化试题库以及建立试题编制的定量评价体系三方面。

Assigning paper is an important link of examination system, and its quality is of vital importance to the success of the examination as well as to the correct evaluation of the students' knowledge and ability . At present most of the paper are assigned by the teachers themselves. Self-designed examination has many advantages, but its subjectivity affects the objective and fair evaluation of the students, and reduces the scientificalness of assigning paper greatly.To improve the scientificalness and reasonableness of paper assignment, higher education institutions should strengthen the standardization of paper assignment management, which includes three points:strengthening proposition management, building network exam corpus and setting up quantitative evaluation system.
