摘要 为了全面提高人才培养质量,增强学科和学生的社会竞争力,应优化中医骨伤师资的学历、年龄、学缘结构,通过促进教师专业发展、人才发展规划、教学示范与观摩制度、引进高层次人才等措施有效提升骨伤师资的教学与科研水平。 In order to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way, enhace the competitiveness of the discipline and the students ,we should optimize the educational background of the teaching team of the traditional Chinese orthopaedic and traumatology. And we should also improve the teaching and scientific research level of the teachers effectively through advancing the professional development ,the planning of the development of the teachers, the system of teaching demonstration and bringing in talents ,etc.
