我国高校评价重“量”轻“质”问题及对策

The Problem of Emphasizing "Quantity" too much while Neglecting "Quality" in University Evaluation in China and Its Countermeasures

当前我国的高校评价工作存在的一个突出问题,是评价中的数量主导问题,在实践中具体表现为重数量评价轻质量评价。论文首先对该问题的表现和后果进行了简述,然后对其原因进行了分析,最后提出了若干改进建议。

A key problem of university evaluation in China is that we lay too much stress on quantity,that is,emphasizing quantity evaluation while neglecting quality evaluation in practice.The article first presents the problem and its consequences,then analyses the causes,and finally puts forward some proposals to improve the evaluation.
