Since 2007,due to the impacts of some negative factors,many small-and-medium-sized enterprises have gotten into troubles.Facing the fierce competitive environment,some domestic textile and apparel enterprises began to transfer to Southeast Asia,such as Vietnam and Thailand,etc,as their new development strategy.
