During the last few days of March,the cold weather banished the warm steps of spring inexpectably in north China.However,in the city of Beijing,the textile and apparel industry welcomed its annual boom period every year:the China International Trade Fair for Fibers and Yarns,the China International Trade Fair for Apparel Fabrics and Accessories (CHIC 2008),the China International Clothing & Accessories Fair and the 08 S/S Collections Fashion Week.
