"Anti-Americanism" and Its Meanings in Transitional World System

冷战的终结,开启了世界体系又一次转型的大门。鉴于世界体系的转型与美国的动向密不可分,而冷战后时期反美主义的兴起,客观上构成了促进国际体系转型的一个重要力量。尽管当前国际社会中的反美主义并未产生重大的效应,然而从反美主义的发展现状及其演变前景来看,它们仍在几个方面影响到世界体系的转型和发展。

The end of the Cold War opened the gate of another transition of the world system. Since the transition of the world system was closely related to where the US would go,the rise of anti-Americanism after the Cold War,objectively,impelled the transition of the world system. Although anti-Americanism in current international society has not produced significant effect,in terms of its current development and future evolution,they still influence the transition and progress of the world system in several aspects.
