Expanding the Depth and Width of Opening to the Outside World and Improving the Level of Open Economy

经过改革开放三十年的努力,我国基本形成了全方位、宽领域、多层次的对外开放格局,开放型经济进入新阶段。当前,世界经济虽然面临着美国经济增长放缓、全球金融市场波动加剧等诸多不利因素的影响,但总的来看,世界经济在新技术革命和经济全球化的推动下,持续发展的基本趋势没有改变,我国国民经济也将继续保持较快的发展速度,这有利于我们抓住机遇,加快完善开放型经济水平。

After thirty years' efforts,China's reform and opening-up has formed an omnidirectional,multi-arrangement,broad-domain new pattern and the open economy has stepped into a new phase. Currently,the world economy is affected by many unfavorable elements like the slowing-down of American economic growth,the sharper turbulence of the global financial market. However,overall speaking,propelled by new technological revolution and economic globalization,the world economy will not change its fundamental trend of continuous development and our national economy will also keep its speed of rapid development. This will benefit us in that we could grasp the opportunity and quickly complete the level of open economy.
