中国的民主政治形态多种多样,能否处理好执政党的党内民主与人民民主的关系,决定社会主义民主政治建设的成败。政党民主政治与人民民主政治的关系是辩证统一的,党内民主和人民民主是一种互相依存、互相促进的关系。中国基层民主自治的组织形式与民众参与的形式多样,基层民主建设面临新挑战,只有实现基层多元主体的全方位的基层民主建设,才可能使群众参与的"四大民主权力"有效行使。

The forms of China's democracy are diverse.Whether the relationship between intra-Party democracy and people's democracy can be well dealt with decides the result of the socialist democratic and political construction.There is a dialectical and u-nitary relation between party democracy and people's democracy;intra-Party democracy and people's democracy depend on and promote each other.The organizational forms of grassroots democratic autonomy and the forms of mass participation are diverse,and the democratic construction at grassroots level is confronted with new challenges.Only by realizing the multiple and all-around demo-cratic construction at grassroots level can the four democratic rights of mass participation be executed effectively.
