公民政治参与是衡量政治民主化和现代化程度的主要标志之一。改革开放30年来我国公民政治参与取得明显进展,但还存在一些问题,影响并制约着公民政治参与的实际效果。应通过疏通政治参与渠道、培育参与型政治文化、塑造理性公民等措施,引导广大公民理性参与政治。

The Citizen's political participation is one of the symbols of the political democracy and modernization.During thirty-year's reform and opening-up the citizen's political participation has made great progresses,but it also faces many problems and challenges which influence and restrict the actual results of the citizen's political participation.We should guide the masses of citizens to participate in politics rationally,according to dredging the channels of the citizen's political participation,fostering participatory political culture and shaping rational citizens and so on.
