摘要
随着次贷危机影响的逐渐深化,中国资本市场也受到巨大冲击。通过国际相关案例分析,论证了平准基金推出的必要性和可行性,指出平准基金的设立在维护我国金融安全与稳定,发挥资本市场功能方面的重要作用。
With the worsening of sub-prime crisis,Chinese capital market is also severely affected.The paper confirmed the necessity and possibility of stabilization fund by demonstrating many relevant international cases analysis.It states that the establishment of stabilization fund may play an important role in maintaining our financial security and fully display of capital market function.
