摘要
影响领导力发展项目内容选择的主要因素包括组织愿景及现实挑战,现有领导理论,标竿组织的最佳实践以及组织制度文化因素。绝大多数一流组织通过领导胜任力模型呈现其领导力发展目标及内容。对于各类组织都比较重要的领导胜任特征包括正直、团队建设、战略思维、领导他人和精通业务。对于组织中的个人或团队而言,需要以领导胜任特征为参照标准,结合自身情况评估具体发展需求确定并不断修订个性化发展计划。
Factors affecting the choice of the 'contents' of leadership development are as follows:vision and challenges of an organization,current leadership theories,best practice of bench-mark organizations and institutional and cultural factors of an organization.The purposes and contents of leadership development are usually indicated by leadership competency models in most first-class organizations.Generally speaking,leadership competencies important to all kinds of organizations include integrity,team-building,strategic thinking,leading people and business acumen.Individuals and teams in organizations should assess their own competencies on the basis of leadership competency models and make and revise customized development plan accordingly.
