低强度超声波在骨折愈合中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 骨折愈合是一个非常复杂的骨再生过程,涉及到多种细胞及细胞间质、大量蛋白质、成百上千种基因的表达。它们互相协调、共同作用,导致了骨结构完整性和骨强度的恢复。低强度超声波(low intensity ultrasound, LIUS)作为一种无创形式的机械能作用在生物器官,能加速新鲜骨折愈合并在治疗骨延迟愈合及不愈合中得到了良好的结果。美国食品与药物管理组织(FDA)分别于1994年与2000年对低强度超声波在加速新鲜骨折愈合及治疗骨折不愈合中的应用予以认可。超声波可通过多种生物学及力学机制,调节与愈合有关的多种细胞、基因以及其他影响因素,加快并促进骨折的愈合过程。
