The Reform Practice and Probe of the Course of Speaking and Eloquence

演讲与口才是一门实践性很强的学科,是文秘专业的主干课程之一。在教学方法的改革中,主要从实例教学法、开展课堂讨论、培养学生自学能力、加强实践环节教学等四个方面做了探索;在教学手段的改革中,主要从采用看教学光盘和讲授知识相结合的教学方式、采用边看教学录象边让学生讲解的练习方式、精心制作多媒体教学课件,增大教学信息量等三个方面做了改革。考试方法的改革实践主要从采用期末考试与平时考查相结合、笔试与口试、实践考查相结合、采用模拟情景考核与期末考核相结合、团队合作完成训练、采用角色扮演法方式等五个方面做了改革,取得了很好的教学效果。

The course of Speaking and Eloquence is rather practical and is one of the main courses in the secretary specialized profession. During the reform of teaching methods, we focus on the subjects such as example teaching method, class discussion, cultivation of students’ self-teaching ability and emphasis on the practice. As to the teaching methods, we adapt the ways of combining watching VCD with explaining, that means let the students explain when they watch VCD. We also make a lot of multi-media teaching cases and we also increase the amount of information in our class. The reform of test follows the way of combing the results of final mark and the ordinary marks, the paper examination and the oral exam, the practical check, the mimic situation test and the final exam, the training of group cooperation complication and the role playing method. And we obtain a perfect effect.
