Where will Shanghai Fashion week go?

近期来,关于上海时装周的最大新闻莫过于"分季节举办"的决定了。这是去年秋季上海时装周期间宣布的消息。组委会的殷小姐一再跟我说起,有许多传媒打来电话问询。不过,跟外界的广泛反响相比,组委会自身却颇显茫然。这在2008年1月18日的"上海时装周行业专家春茗会"上表现得非常明显。包括组委会主动提出来的外界种种质疑。

Without any doubt,the recent hot topic about Shanghai Fashion Week is that it will be held twice a year according to international conventions. This news was launched during last autumn Shanghai Fashion Week.Miss Yin from the or- ganizing committee told the author that many media have called to inquiry about this news. Comparing with the high attention in society,the organizing committee showed blank incompre- hension toward this change. Although there are so many doubts under the new strategy,we can't blame the daring or reckless action of the organizing committee.In fact,our leader of vision,Mr.Deng Xiaoping has also been agreed with'Crossing a river by Feel- ing stones'.With a clear direction,let us just make a try. Upon all those hesitation,quarrelling, censure,we need to constantly correct our for- warding route to make sure that we are in the right direction.Otherwise the debating situation will weaken our recourses and power.
