电子政务是一种跳出以制度为中心的旧的思维框架,而进行的一种新的预防方式和途径。其在职务消费管理中应用,将大大的提高政府对职务消费的管理力度,减少在职务消费中的"寻租"行为和腐败现象,对职务消费的失控问题产生很好的规制作用。

The E-government is one kind to jump out from the system as the central old thought frame,and attempt to innovate a new way for precaution and discipline.Its application in the duties consumption management will largely enhance the governmental management dynamics which will expend to the duties consumption,decrease the deed of'seeking rent'and the corruption .It will bring a good regulation on the issue of the runaway duties consumption.
