Talking about PowerPoint as platform,the paper has discussed the skills and meth which axe used to design electronic teaching plans in everyday teaching practice.By us PowerPoint and taking text demonstration as basis,teachers can combine various multimedia formation by the related tools and organize them advisably to devise an electronic teach plan which is suitable to the teaching practice and can also meet the requirement of teach and surveying lessons.
