心电图的监控,传统方式是由医护人员来完成的,医护人员根据病患人员的心电图波形与自己所掌握的经验值进行比较,以此来决定是否采取处理措施;但在实际操作中,由于医护人员不可能24小时不间断地观察心电图仪,往往稍有疏忽就容易造成患者面临生命威胁,而且几班护士轮流监视心电图仪也致使医疗成本上升,加大了患者的经济负担。因此,采用计算机来取代医护人员的心电图仪监视就有了广泛的需求,本文根据自己的工作实际概略叙述了计算机心电图监视系统的原理、组成和方法。
