摘要
通过对骨盆的结构、运动原理以及动作分析,认为短跑运动员的后蹬始于髋关节,而且臀大肌能否充分发挥作用直接影响后蹬效果。同时鉴于骨盆的结构以及运动形式,提出在运动训练中不仅仅提倡送髋,更应重视和强调蹬地一侧髋关节积极主动的蹬伸作用。
Based on the analysis of the formation of pelvis, movement theories and motions of pelvis, the writer thinks that the sprinter’s strength of pressing backwards comes from hip joints, and will be influenced directly by the muscles of buttocks. Moving hip will be important in the training; what’s more, the function of active pressing of hip joints landing to one side should be paid more attention.
