摘要
在体育教学中,合理地安排和调节学生体育课的运动负荷是对教师体育教学的一项基本要求,只有保持的适宜运动负荷,才会收到好的教学效果。如运动负荷过小,则达不到锻炼的目的;运动负荷过大,则超出了学生身心的承受限度,对身体的健康和教学任务的完成均都很不利。由此可见,安排适宜的运动负荷是评价一节课成功与否的重要因素之一。其实,在体育教学中要贯彻落实"健康第一"的指导思想,有效的发展学生的身体健康和掌握运动技能,体育课就必须有一定的运动负荷。如今之所以把其作为评价优秀体育课的一条重要标准,就是要求教师在体育教学的每一环节中努力做到合理的安排和调节运动负荷。
