培养就业能力是高职数学教学不可推卸的责任,通过发挥高职数学教学的各种功能能够培养学生的诚信和责任意识、敬业精神、交流沟通、团队协作、受挫折能力和正确分析问题、解决问题的良好工作习惯,为学生就业起到积极的作用。

It is the absolute responsibility of the math teaching in the senior vacational college to culti-vate the students’ career ability.Through playing the various functions of the math teaching,we can culti-vate the students’ senses of honest and responsibility and the spirit of career devotion and communication.We can also train their capability of cooperation and persistence and the habit of analyzing and solving problems correctly.So,it must have a positive affect on the students’ getting employment.
