质量文化与企业核心竞争力研究 被引量:3

摘要 质量是企业核心竞争力的根本要素,企业要想获得持续稳定的竞争优势,就必须从质量这一关键环节入手。首先,引入了企业质量文化与核心竞争力的概念,其次,对质量文化建设的现状进行分析。最后,提出了培育企业质量文化提升企业核心竞争力的策略。
