油田抽油机无功补偿装置的设计原则与实现

摘要 以快速性和无电流冲击要求为核心给出了油田抽油机无功补偿装置的合理设计原则,并提出了一种具体设计实现方案.给出了有功电流和无功电流瞬时值检测的具体实现方法.按设计原则制作了样机.样机功能测试结果证实了以上设计原则和方法的正确性和可行性. In order to decrease the power consumption of oil-field motor effectively and to design a reasonable reactive power compensator,the design principles for were given power circuit and controller in the high speed reactive power compensator of oil-field motor,with the requirement of quickness and no current impulse as the core. And a concrete design realization project was given. A prototype was made. A realization method of detecting active and reactive current was put forward. Finally, the general functions,which this kind of reactive power compensator should have,were summarized.
