摘要
研究了利用微波辐射技术,在对甲苯磺酸的催化下以水杨酸和异戊醇合成水杨酸异戊酯的反应,探讨了原料配比、反应时间、催化剂用量、微波功率等参数对酯化率的影响.在适宜工艺条件下,酯化率可达97%以上.
The synthesis of isoamyl salicylate form salicylic acid and isoamyl alcohol was studied by using the technique of microwave radiation under the catalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid.The influence of different parameters,such as the proportion of raw materials,the time of reaction,the dose of catalyst and the power of microwave on the rate of esterification was discussed.Under the suitable technological conditions,the rate of esterification can reach over 97%.
